              If "Soul" is the God then "Body" is its temple and a healthy soul can live only in a healthy body. In the middle of this digitization of the world, lets give ourselves some time to make our bodies healthy. I have started with my this blog which will give you one home remedy tip daily to boost your immunity and look beautiful as I quote it right "If its healthy, its beautiful".  Hair, skin or relationships, if they are not healthy they won't be beautiful. So follow us daily for some health-keeping home remedy tips.
Beauty Health Tip:
Best way to keep your skin healthy and glowing is stop using soaps or any other body washing products (If possible). Just apply the following paste, scrub it all over your body for a long lasting youth.
The ingredients are absolutely cheap and available in your kitchen.
1) Take 100gm gram flour (Chana dal atta) 
2) Add 2 tablespoon of turmeric powder (Haldi)

3) Mix the ingredients with lukewarm water or Neem juice(For better results)

Oil Health Tip:
Its very important to keep our joints healthy so as to move anytime anywhere you wish to. For this we have our today's health tip:
1) Take 3 tablespoons of sesame oil (Til ka tel)

2) Add 2 cloves of garlic (Lesun)

3) Add some Carom seeds (Ajwain)

4) Heat the mixture for about 30 seconds and apply it daily on your joints. Use the application regularly to avoid joints pain. If you have joint pain already then after the regular application of this oil will give you maximum benefits over-time. (Recommend to use daily for at least a month for visible results)

Neem Health Tip:
Its summer time and many people want to beat the heat. So lets do it in a little bitter manner. 
Eat 4-5 leaves of Neem twice a week to avoid over heat in the body or skin problems.
Do not eat daily as it might harm particular cells of the body. Eat fresh leaves and if possible chew them and eat. It will improve the condition of your teeth and gums also.


IMPORTANCE OF EATING FRUITS

Eat a banana Daily- High fibre content and ultimate source of energy. Very cheaply available. Have one banana at lest daily.......

Never eat fruits after your meal.....For best health benefits always have fruits half an hour before having your meal. This helps in boosting your digestion system.
